If your lenses are damaged and you believe this to be the result of a product fault then please get in touch with us and we'll arrange the next steps.
First, we may ask to see an image of the damage for us to assess if it falls under warranty. If it does we will arrange a return and send your lenses back to Zeiss for a replacement to be made. We will cover the cost of postage and the replacement lenses.
