We offer a 30-day no-quibble return or exchange policy from the date you receive your order, including prescription lenses (this excludes Bespoke frame orders and engraved items).

The 30-day no-quibble period begins from the date delivered or collected.

Returns are free for orders within the US and the UK. 

For the rest of the world, send your returned package to the below address, quoting your order number. Please write 'Return' on the outside label:
