For our regular Bespoke frames, you don’t need to book an appointment. Simply visit one of our stores to get started. For our Bespoke + service, we’ll begin by booking you a consultation with our design team. Get in touch at and we’ll book you in.
We take full payment at the beginning for Bespoke, and a deposit of $270 for Bespoke+.
Our Bespoke frames take approximately 4-6 weeks to make, once you have placed your order. For our Bespoke + service, the design phase typically takes 4-6 weeks. Once your design is completed, depending on the complexity it will take 4-6 weeks to craf
Due to the custom nature of Bespoke, we are unable to offer refunds. However, if your frame does not fit correctly as a result of our measurements, we will be happy to remake the frames until the fit is perfect.

We’re confident that your frame will fit you perfectly on the first try. If you find your frame does not fit as expected as a result of our measurements, we will be happy to provide a remake with revised measurements at no additional cost.
