What are nose pads?Updated 10 months ago
Nose pads rest on your nose and support your frame. They do three things:
They spread the weight of the frame across the bridge of your nose, preventing pressure points and providing comfort.
They provide stability, keeping your spectacles from slipping down your nose, especially when looking down or moving around.
They make sure your frame is sitting at the right height, so your eyes are looking through the correct part of the lens.
There are two main types.
- Fixed nose pads: these are an immovable part of the frame.
- Adjustable nose pads: these can be adapted to fit your face.
We offer nose pads in different depths, sizes, and materials, depending on the design of the frame and your preferences.
