How does the complimentary frame rehab service work?Updated 10 months ago
On the first birthday of your Cubitts spectacles or sunglasses, you'll receive an email offering our Frame rehab as a complementary service. You can drop your frame into any of our stores or order through our Customer Experience team.
The lenses will be removed and cleaned, the frame polished and deep-cleaned in an ultrasonic bath, the screws tightened and the hinges checked.
We will always try to carry out the service on the day we receive your frame, but it may take 5-7 days to complete and post back to you.
The service doesn't include repairs or lens replacements.
