What is covered under the warranty?

Our product warranty covers faults that are deemed to be manufacturing defects, outside of day to day wear and tear.

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a guarantee against any product fault for two years after the day of purchase.

Does my warranty restart when I receive a replacement product?

No, the warranty starts from the date of your original purchase.

What happens if I need to replace my lenses under warranty but my prescription has expired?

You'll need an in date prescription in order to make the most of our lens warranty. If you find that your prescription is out of date and you need to replace your lenses under warranty, we will offer a 50% discount on the lens change. Please contact
