Can I request replacement screws?
If your frame has lost a screw, contact us here with the frame style and your address, and we'll get some spares posted to you. If you need a screwdriver, you can purchase one here
What is covered under warranty?
The warranty covers any faults outside day-to-day wear and tear. We offer a guarantee against any product fault for two years after the day of purchase. This includes Zeiss lenses. You can fill in a request form here and we will be in touch to advise
