A routine eye examination takes 30–40 minutes, and an enhanced examination with an OCT scan 40–60 minutes. That gives our optometrists ample time to discuss any issues you may be having, as well as anything particular to your situation, such as strong prescriptions, varifocals or ocular pathology. They are also happy to walk you through the tests they are performing, so you leave with a good understanding of your eyes and their health.
