How can I book/amend/cancel an eye exam?Updated a year ago

You can book an eye exam online here or you can reach out to the store directly. 

If you need to cancel or change your eye exam, you can give the store a call, or reach out to our Customer Experience team letting us know the store you are booked with and your name. 

We don't charge for cancellations, but please give us 24 hours' notice so that we can see other patients in your cancelled appointment time.
